Oskar Kazanelson – Chief Executive Officer and Chairman (appointed as Chairman on May 2010)
With over 30 years of experience in the Israeli and CEE real estate markets. Oscar has spent
more than five years working in residential development in Poland and Hungary and was a
founder of Nanette. Chairman of Olimpia Group, a listed Israeli real estate company.
Ran Jacobs – Chief Financial Officer
Is a certified public accountant, with more than eight years of experience as a CFO and
controller, both of Nanette and Olimpia. Has significant experience in the Israeli and CEE real
estate markets.
Ron Hadassi – Vice Chairman
Serves as a high ranking manager in the Bronfman-Fisher Group, dealing in industry, real
estate, finance and retail trades. Mr. Hadassi serves as well as the Chairman of the board of
directors in Blue Square Furniture Ltd., (owners of IKEA Israel chain franchisee) and as
deputy Chairman of the board of directors in Isralom Assets Ltd. and as a director in the
public company Supersol Ltd. In addition Mr. Hadassi is a lecturer at the Herzlia
Interdisciplinary Centre on banking and financing.
Mr. Hadassi has an LLB degree, was admitted as an advocate in May 1995 to the Israeli
Lawyers Bar Association, and has a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science
and an MBA degree in financing and accounting with a secondary specialisation in
marketing.
Eyal Keltsh
B.A. (Business administration and Economics), CPA, served as a director in GTC (quoted
Eastern European property developer) and its parent company Kardan, in Holland, also a
director in Clal (large multinational co.) in Holland.
Gilley Jacoby
MBA, experienced real estate developer and projects’ manager, in the US and Budapest. Well
connected to the banking system in Budapest.
Yosef Cimer
B.A. (accounting and economics), CFO of Levinstein with 25 years of experience. Until 2002
was a senior deputy manager of Gmul, a large investment group in Israel. Extensive
experience in financial reports of public companies, and the real estate field. Served as a
director in many companies.
David Dekel
Mr. David Dekel is the founder and CEO of Endeavour Enterprises N.V., an operations consulting
firm based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is also the Managing Director of Gilat Satellite Networks
(Holland) B.V., Gilat to Home Latin America (Holland) N.V. and Bluephoenix Solutions B.V.
Prior to his current role, Mr. David Dekel worked in the ICT industry as COO of a software firm and CEO
of a telecommunications company, both based in the Netherlands.
Mr. David Dekel holds a Master’s degree in business administration, MBA from Teesside University
in the United Kingdom, specialized in strategic Planning and a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Delta University in the Netherlands.
Sophie van Oosterom
Ms. Sophie van Oosterom is currently a Managing Director and European Head of Asset
Management of Real Estate Private Equity at Lehman Brothers. Ms. van Oosterom is
responsible for €10bn of assets under management, currently through portfolio
companies spread over various European countries and South Africa.
Previously, Ms. van Oosterom was a Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers from
2002 to 2008.
Tamir Kishon (appointed on April 9 2010)
Serves as the local manager of the group’s operations in Hungary. He is responsible for
administration, finance and marketing. Mr. Kishon has been active in the residential property
market in Budapest since 1995, dealing with marketing apartments and project management
for private developers. He has been managing the group’s activity in Hungary since 2001.
Alex Goor (appointed on April 9 2010)
Serves as the group’s local manager in Romania and Croatia and acts also in Hungary. Mr.
Goor has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. He is also a director of
Olimpia.
Yeal livni lotan (appointed on May 20 2010)
LL.B in law and B.A. in business.
Mrs. Livni Lotan serves as a legal advisor of the levinstein group for the last six years and
worked as an assistant for the chairman and vice chairman since 2009.
